I am definitely going to check out your site! I also mentor and lead in my own community, specifically at-risk youths and single mothers. There is strength in numbers. There is an old Congo proverb-"One bracelet does not make much noise" I live my life each day to make a difference in one person life if hundred. I was put here for a purpose and I continue to give so others will give. It is a chain reaction. We are all one.

Hello and Welcome! Are you familiar with Girls Inc? That is also a wonderful organization. There are a lot of women on the site who mentor young women. Perhaps you should start a group for women interested in this type of service.
I have a 14 year old daughter and she struggles with self esteem issues, peer pressure, etc. It's a tough world they live in and high school is around the corner! ARGH!

I speak with young girls all the time. Helping them to make better life choices and choosing who they want to be and not allowing anyone or any situation make that choice for them
