In 100 words or less tell us how you are a leader
Leadership is about growth and progress over time that allow you to be a gift in someone else's life. I try to practice leadership whether with my daughters or at work. Being able to lead others requires courage and trust, respect and dignity. You must believe in these for yourself first.
I have a motto "Don't let your past define your future. " Regardless of where you start from, you can wind up where you are meant to be.
