Sunny,
Having a meaningful career...shouldn't each one of us believe that is possible to achieve? YES! and somehow lots of people have lost tract of what they have achieved and their own potential. How wonderful that you are focusing your energy where your heart is. My heart is in a very similar place, too. I am also following my heart or as I also say catching some caterpillars to release butterflies along the way. I am an Appreciative Career Coach and I facilitate professional immigrants in believing they can reach their full potential in the US by providing certain career development tools. I'd love to exchange insights with you.
