In 100 words or less tell us how you are a leader
I think in terms of generations; not just for the current generation, but strategically for those to come. Each generation not only only deserves to be led by members of that generation, but deserves the privilege of having been guided and informed by those of the past. As it is with the Sankofa bird, true leadership cannot move forward without looking back at what was behind. My leadership seeks to learn from the past, appropriately adjust to the present, and move us all into greater tomorrows.

Hi Tracy,

What an interesting analogy with the Sankofa bird. Each of us must realize that the strength and determination that we possess come from our past experiences, which compels us to move forward.
